The Optims Central
Reservation System is truly the industry's first fully integrated
enterprise marketing-based reservation system offering single inventory
to your operations.
Optims.CRS is an
enterprise-wide reservation system, which maintains a single real time
database environment, accessed through all reservation Distribution
Channels (ADS, GDS, Voice, Property and Web), but driven by the
originating Source within the Channel, and managed by the customer.
The Optims.CRS
Enterprise Reservation System software consists of:
- Optims.CRS for
Voice reservations, and used in a call center (or multiple call
centers working with single availability). The application uses a
Sales based reservation Agent desktop to help improve conversion
rates.
- Optims.CRS -
PROPERTY for intra- property reservations, and which is typically
used at the property level to make reservations for the individual
hotel or for intra-hotel reservations. In addition, this module is
also used at your sales offices worldwide. The advantage of this
approach is that you have a single database for consolidation of
marketing information i.e. Frequent Guest, Reservations statistics,
Market Segments, Source of Business including Travel Agent, Corporate
Accounts, Wholesalers etc.
- Optims.CRS - E
Distribution interfaces at the seamless level with the Global
Distribution Systems, facilitating electronic hotel room reservations.
In addition the software also connects with the Online Distribution
database providing full connectivity to various web sites and on-line
Travel Agencies. This interface provides the capability of being
connected to over 600,000 travel agents terminals globally.
- Optims.CRS - INN
SYNCH provides full two-way communications with the PMS. This is a
full featured interface module to handle all communications and data
exchange between the PMS and CRS.

Optims.CRS - WEB is an XML based toolkit, allowing a hotel
company's proprietary Web site to gain seamless access to the
reservation database, providing real-time rates, availability and
booking capabilities to brand-loyal Web site visitors. Many of our
Customers web sites are set up using Optims.CRS - WEB. Optims.CRS also
provides connectivity with corporate accounts. As a result,
corporations can access their negotiated hotel rates and directly book
them online using the hotel company's proprietary web site.
