Last but not least the guest is also blocked for the duration of the treatment. In case a therapist cancels on short notice, the system will simply shift the assigned treatments to a substitute.

Golf Administration

With our golf administration you can reserve tee-times in a 10 minute grid for four persons each, add various articles like E-Carts or golf clubs and administrate handicaps of each individual player.

The course administration receives a daily view of all tee times for the course which informs you about the tee time, name of the players and their features (origin, club member, reserved add-on).

On the basis of an interface, Optims.SPA provides a single solution. The entire data of a guest is comprised and derived from the hotel system (Optims.PMS - Hogatex, Fidelio). As soon as a hotel room is reserved, the guest's data is immediately available in Optims.SPA. Anything consumed is listed clearly and in a comprehensive way on the hotel bill.
